SI5391B-A-GM Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. As part of the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. CML, HCSL, LVDS, LVPECL, LVCMOS is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Clock Generator. MultiSynth? series electronic parts are included in this product.
