SI5357AD08804-GM Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 170MHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.63V supply voltage provided. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C TA, which is estimated by the test statistics. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic.
