SI5357AD08802-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 170MHz maximum. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.63V.
