SI5355A-B00056-GM Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The QFN package includes this clock generator. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. There are 24 pins that are available on the clock PLL. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Generators clock PLL. In some cases, over-current supply (higher than 60mA) may cause thermal damage to an element.
