SI5351A-B-GTR Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. It contains a total of 10 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 2.5V. As the Clock PLL's input, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 2 circuits. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVCMOS logic levels is presented here. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Generator component. This time clock generator can handle a voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage.
