SI5350A-B07702-GM Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
