SI5350A-B07403-GM Overview


This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
