SI5350A-B07401-GTR Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. In it, there are 10 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
