SI5350A-B07220-GT Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. The 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package contains this clock generator. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 10 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
