This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. There are a total of 10 terminations in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
