SI5350A-B05260-GTR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 10 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
