SI5350A-B05236-GM Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package includes this clock generator. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
