SI5350A-B04986-GM Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 20 terminations found in the file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 200MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
