SI5350A-B04877-GM Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 20 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock PLL can synthesi200MHze a clock frequency of 200MHz with high quality. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
