SI5350A-B04621-GM Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
