SI5347D-B-GM Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 350MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.71V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. This is a clock generator compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. And basically, this clock generator is often classified as a kind of Clock Generators. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY. The thermal destruction of an element may result from an excess of supply current (higher than 240mA).
