SI5347B-D-GM Overview


Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 64 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
