SI5347B-B-GM Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.47V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. Clock Generators-type frequency generators are usually classified as this type. With ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY, this clock generator produces better clock signals. The maximal supply current amounts to 240mA.
