SI5347A-B04325-GM Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 4 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. It has been classified as a Clock Multiplier, Jitter Attenuator electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. This clock generator is a member of DSPLL? series.
