SI5346A-B-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. It provides a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. It's compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of Clock Generators in general. The RF synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output. It is possible for an element to be thermally destroyed if clock PLL‘s supply current (greater than 230mA) is excessive.
