SI5345D-D-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. 350MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. There is a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
