The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in the file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 1.028GHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage, it will work.
