The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
