SI5344D-B-GMR Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result of this, we can find 44 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
