As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 44 terminations found in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 350MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer.
