SI5344B-B-GM Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~3.47V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. There are a number of 44 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
