Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start.
