SI5341D-D07065-GMR Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
