Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
