SI5341D-D06822-GM Overview


It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
