SI5341D-D06554-GM Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
