SI5341D-D-GM Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. There are 64 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY.
