SI5341D-B03740-GMR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. There are 64 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
