SI5341D-B-GM Overview


As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output. The clock PLL has 64 pins that are available. In order to provide better clock signal output, this frequency synthesizer is equipped with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY.
