SI5341B-D09647-GMR Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start.
