SI5341B-D07623-GMR Overview


A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
