SI5341B-B03628-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
