SI5340D-D10983-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 44 terminations to be found. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. It provides a maximum frequency of 350MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. There are 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C TA should be set. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Generator component.
