A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 44 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V.
