As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 44 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 350MHz is synthesi350MHzed for high-quality output. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
