In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 44 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
