SI5340D-D-GMR Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There are a total of 44 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. The RF synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
