SI5340D-D-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. This clock generator is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There are 1.71V~3.47V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. There is a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
