SI5340D-B-GMR Overview


The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 350MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. There are several logic levels in CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic that can be used with this clock generator. The RF synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
