SI5340D-B-GM Overview


Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. Clock PLL is embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. 44 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. In this case, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed to be the input of the clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 350MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of Clock Generators clock PLL. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
