SI5340B-D11083-GMR Overview


It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. The 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 350MHz. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C TA.
