SI5340B-D-GM Overview


In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. Embedded in the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. There are 44 terminations found in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 350MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. The number of uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC this time clock generator incorporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be 1.71V~3.47V provided with this RF synthesizer. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. The RF synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
