SI5340A-D-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. In the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.028GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. As long as you provide 1.71V~3.47V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. In this case, we are dealing with a frequency synthesizer that can be used with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. Clock generator is designed with 44 pins. The frequency generator has a ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
