SI5340A-B-GMR Overview


As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 712.5MHz. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Clock generator ic works with 1.71V~3.47V. By calculating the test statistics, -40°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY.
