SI5340A-B-GM Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. As part of the 44-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal is designed for clock generator's input. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 712.5MHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.71V~3.47V. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CML, HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic. The device is usually classified as a type of Clock Generators device. The RF synthesizer features ALSO REQUIRES 3.3V SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
